  Recently, I had the pleasure of using Rob Florida's real estate services. I originally contacted him to look at a property he had listed. I was so impressed with how well he sold this "rehabbed" property that I knew I had to use him. You see, the "rehabbed" property was still lacking in my eyes. He pointed out all the strong features, including what other properties in the area were going for. From there, we went on to look at another house that need rehabbed. He did an excellent job brainstorming with me on improvements and ways where I could get the most bang for my buck. During the process of buying this house, I had to leave town twice for a family emergency. Rob ensured that everything moved forward, and his attention to detail was reassuring. He is excellent at follow-up, and I knew if I left a message he WOULD return my call. 
  After purchasing the house, Rob stopped by often to see how the improvements were going. He was encouraging and helpful without overdoing it. When it was time to put it back on the market I knew that Rob knew so much about the property that he would be a major asset. Within days we had an offer, but all was not paradise. Even when the offer fell thru, Rob kept a positive attitude and went back to work. He calmly dealt with me at my worst, and empathized sincerely. When the final offer came and we were weighing which one to accept, he effectively  communicated with the other agent to ensure that this one would come to fruition.
  Overall, Rob was a lot of fun to work with. The paperwork was handled with minimum headache for me. He listened to my desires throughout the process, and maintained open lines of communication. I thouroughly enjoyed working with him. His love of his job and his ability to empathize are probably his greatest assets. I would heartily recommend Rob to anyone who wanted to work with a friend.
