About Me

If you are looking for the "BEST", you would be well advised to look elsewhere. My personal, and professional, motto is; "Getting only Better!". Perfection has been achieved only once, and that is the example that I follow.

I began my career in residential real estate after years of experience and training in several ancillary professions. Growing up as a contractor's son, I am familiar with all aspects of the building trade. As a U.S. Army Veteran I have been trained to assess, adapt, and overcome. I spent four years after the military as a Land Surveyor gaining invaluable experience in boundaries, title work, and engineering. I then went on to a career in Business Brokerage with Sunbelt Business Advisors helping people buy and sell privately held businesses, where I honed and applied my skills as an intermediary, strategist, and contract negotiator.

The first line of my mission statement is "I will remain loyal to those that I am given to serve", and I believe that is accomplished by discipline, attention to detail, follow through, and COMMUNICATION.
